If your package is already on its way, we have sent you a shipping confirmation by e-mail. This email contains your personal tracking number and a link to track the progress of the shipment. After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email, the billing and delivery address and the chosen payment method. The fixed price for shipping is 4,65 € in colissimo or 3,10 € in point relay, for all the sendings of one to 3 boxes immunity+ towards France.
From a purchase amount equal or superior to 65 €, the delivery is offered to you.
For a delivery of our Immunity+ food supplements in any other international country, we apply the fees in force in each country.
These fees will appear on the invoice at the time of your order.
All packages are sent by our shipping partner Colissimo (for home deliveries) and Mondial Relay (for deliveries in a relay point).
Items available immediately are usually delivered within 3 to 5 business days.
You can specify a different shipping address than your billing address for your order.

If you receive a damaged item from us, please send us pictures of the item via our contact form or by e-mail to sav@continuom.fr. We will then return the item(s) to you free of charge.
We grant a 30-day right of return. However, we reserve the right to make decisions on a case-by-case basis.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. To return a product, you just have to download and complete the return form, available in your customer account, print it and stick it on your package.

In case of a damaged parcel, you must immediately contact our customer service by e-mail. Please send us a picture of the damaged parcel (the label of Colissimo or Mondial Relay must be clearly visible) as well as the damaged products.

The refund will always be made in the same way as the payment method.
Upon receipt of the return, the contents will be checked again and a refund process will be initiated. It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to be issued.
